Gene has over 23 years of experience in design, development, construction management and owner representation. He has worked on projects as diverse as high rise office buildings, petrochemical plants and the palace complex for King Faud of Saudi Arabia. He has worked for prestigious firms such as 3D International, Brown and Root, Lincoln Properties Company, Property of America and was Director of Construction for the Commercial and Industrial Division of the Howard Hughes Corporations.

With his hands on design experience and extensive background in development, design and construction, Gene is perfectly suited to the requirements of the construction management process to achieve the clients goals.
Andrew J.F. Glennie

Andrew has over 20 years of design and construction management experience in both the public and private sectors. As both a Principal for Construction Consultants, Inc., the Construction Administration Manager for an international architectural and engineering firm and as Vice President-Regional Manager for an ENR top 400 construction company, Andrew has been singularly responsible for the construction and construction management of several hundred millions dollars of complex projects in the State of Nevada and the Southwest.

With his practical design experience and extensive background in development, project management, design, construction, CPM scheduling, estimating material purchasing and tax exempt projects, Andrew is perfectly suited to the requirements of the construction management process required by clients today.
