DESIGN TEAM SELECTION
Construction Consultants, Inc., will evaluate and recommend a design team that is best suited for the project. Selection criteria will include project size, complexity, schedule, fees and proven track record with similar projects.

CONCEPTUAL ESTIMATES
Our construction estimating capabilities allows us to prepare estimates of a project’s cost based on a conceptual design and prevailing local conditions.

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULING
Construction Consultants, Inc., will prepare schedules for design and construction based on the conceptual design local conditions and materials availability. The schedule can be prepared in various formats and used for cash flow projections during the course of construction.
Construction Consultants, Inc., can also provide cash flow estimates with a
cost-loaded schedule for financing projections.

DESIGN PHASE

DESIGN
Design Development
Construction Consultants, Inc., will hold regular meetings with you, the owner, to gain approval of the design at key points. The normal approval points are at the completion of schematic design, design development and construction documents. We can tailor these approvalpoints to your desired level of participation.


Plan Review
Prior to construction, Construction Consultants, Inc., will ensure that all required plan checks and coordination with local governmental agencies have been made. This will eliminate costly last-minute delays and change orders that could be required in a late plan-review submission. Construction Consultants, Inc., has an intimate knowledge of the local government agencies and their requirements, which helps us eliminate possible costly delays.

Utility Coordination
Construction Consultants, Inc., will review all the requirements for utility connection fees, permit costs and plan-review fees and will make sure they have been properly identified before construction begins.
