Knowing how much a project is going to cost from the outset is a distinct advantage for the owner. Following the initial information-gathering process, Construction Consultants, Inc., will publish a report on the “Total Project Cost”. Once this total is confirmed with the owner, it becomes the focus of the entire management and design team.
