Construction Consultants, Inc., uses the sophisticated Primavera scheduling program to monitor the contractor’s critical path network logic on an independent basis. This ensures that the contractor is conforming to the contract schedule. You will also be able to plan in the long-term and schedule independently when we provide you with periodic independent schedules to verify design, construction and occupancy.

Management System–Construction Consultants, Inc., uses a standardized management control system, PCS or Project Control System, for the reporting and tracking that is sent to the owner and the team.
